- Plan and organize shuttle routes to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs for passengers.
- Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate flight delays, early arrivals, and other unforeseen events.
- Maintain clear and constant communication with shuttle drivers to relay real-time updates, route changes, and passenger information.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for passengers, providing updates on shuttle arrival times and addressing inquiries or concerns.
Minimum Qualifications:
-Good Communications Skills.
-Must pass drug screening and background check.
-Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
-"Aloha spirit" is a MUST.
Desirable Qualities:
-Knowledge of locations of hotels.
-Have some microsoft and computer experience
-Have the true "spirit of aloha" to share with our visitors.
